Ermelinda Pecci, age 96, of Paterson died Sunday, December 4, 2016 at St. Vincent's Nursing Home in Cedar Grove, NJ. Ermelinda was born December 4, 1920 in Serre, Province of Salerno, Italy . She is the daughter of the late Felice and the late Maria (Longo) Beatrice. She came to the United States in 1940 and settled in Paterson. She was a homemaker. She was a parishioner of St. Michael's R.C. Church in Paterson, NJ. She is survived by her daughter: Mary Gambino and her husband Michael of Land Of Lakes, FL and her two sons: Romolo Pecci of Paterson, NJ and Anthony Pecci and his wife Anna Marie of Woodland Park, NJ. She is also survived by her brothers; Adelfo Beatrice of Serre, Italy and Benito Beatrice of Serre, Italy, her grandchildren;, Angela Pecci, Lisa Gulbin and Joseph Pecci and her great grandchildren; Maguire Pecci, Belinda Pecci, Jackson Gulbin, and Brody Gulbin. She was predeceased by her husband, Pio Pecci, her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Pecci and her sisters, Elda D'Onofrio and Felicetta Bagnola. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, December 8 at St. Michael's R.C. Church, 70 Cianci Street, Paterson, NJ. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, December 7 from 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowrs, donations to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN would be appreciated. .
