Obituary of Evelyn Correa Gist

Evelyn Correa Gist, 62 of Paterson, NJ passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017.  She was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico and settled in Paterson in 1962.  She was a homemaker. 

Beloved wife of James "Ricky" Gist.  Loving daughter of Roberto Correa and the late Hilda Correa.  Devoted mother of James Frederick Gist, IV and his wife Johanna Kraus of Fort Collins, CO, Jahi Carlos Gist and his wife Priya Sateesha of Barrington, IL and Jessica Nicole Gist of Bloomfield, NJ.  Dear sister of Luz Delia LaLuz and her husband Reyes, Mildred Lopez and her husband Rafael, Roberto Correa, Jr., Hilda Maietta and her husband Greg and Luisa Silva and her husband Elvin.  Cherished grandmother of Ela, Aishani, Mae and Devyani. 

Visiting at DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ on Thursday from 6-9 PM.
