Obituary of Gary Samuel Samra

Gary Samuel Samra was born on May 23 ,1948 .He was raised in West Paterson, New Jersey before moving to Little Falls, New Jersey.

Son of the late Samuel and Ann Samra and son-in-law of the late Carlo and Gina Reda.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Mary (Reda) Samra. Brother of John Samra and his wife Barbara, Kenneth Samra and Sister Elaine Aquino and her husband Ernest Aquino Jr. Brother-In-law Joseph Reda and his wife Laura. He is the Godfather to Marlana Torres, Nicholas Pastula and Christina Solimene and the Uncle of many nieces and nephews.

After graduating in 1966 from Passaic Valley High School  he was drafted to the United States Army where he was stationed in Germany.

He worked at Public Service before opening up Samra’s fine Jewelry. He was the co founder of A1 Affordable along with his friend George Solimene.

Gary was a long time member of the Do Good Student Support Group. He loved to travel with his wife Mary and go to many different restaurants- as he loved good food which brought him near and far.

His memory will be treasured by all who knew him.

A Memorial Mass and a celebration of life well we’ll be held at a later date.
