Obituary of Alyza Sophia Ruiz

Alyza Sophia Ruiz, age 5, of Haledon died Monday, July 27, 2015 at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ. Alyza was born March 21, 2010 in Hackensack, NJ. She is the daughter of Pedro A. and Arelis (Baez) Ruiz. She is survived by ; her parents; Arelis (Baez) Ruiz and Pedro A. Ruiz and, her maternal grandparents; Carmen Baez and Luis A. Baez and her paternal grandparents, Pedro Ruiz, Jr. and Doris Ruiz. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Friday, July 31 at Calvary Temple, 1111 Preakness Avenue, Wayne, NJ with Pastor Dan Kuert officiating. PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Burial will be in Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Fair Lawn, NJ. Visiting hours will be Thursday, July 30 from 4-8pm at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ.
