Obituary of Viola "Bootsie" Patullo

Viola "Bootsie" Patullo, age 77, of Totowa died Friday, February 24, 2017 at home in Totowa. Viola was born May 7, 1939 in Paterson, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Stephan and the late Rose (Williams) Morris. She has lived in Totowa since 1995. She was a Homemaker. She was an avid Bingo player, loved trips to the casinos and loved playing cards. She is survived by her husband: Bill Patullo, her daughter; Roseanne Ballan of Totowa, NJ and her three sons: Joseph Patullo amd his wife Toni of Paterson, NJ, Michael Patullo and his wife Lisa of Hawthorne, NJ and Armand "Cooie" Patullo of Totowa, NJ. She is also survived by her grandchildren, granddaughter, Kristin Lisitano; grandson, Jon Jon Ballan; grandson, Joey Patullo; granddaughter, Leanna Ballan; grandson, Anthony Patullo; granddaughter, Christina Patullo; and grandson, Mikey Patullo. She is also survived by her great grandchildren; great grandson, Nuccio Lisitano; great grandson, Antonio Lisitano; great grandson, Nicholas Lisitano; great granddaughter, Jaylynn Amaro and her sister Rose Marie Griffin. She was predeceased by Son, Anthony Patullo, her sisters, Anne Morris, Mary Helwig and Rose Morris. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Monday, February 27 at St. James Of The Marches R.C. Church, St. James Place, Totowa, NJ. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Visiting hours will be Sunday, February 26 from 4-8 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN would be appreciated.
