Obituary of Virginia Regoli

Virginia Regoli, age 76, North Haledon died Friday, August 28, 2009 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne peacefully with her family by her side. Mrs. Regoli was born February 7, 1933 in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late Salvatore and the late Rosalia (Suizzo) Zambrino. She lived in Clifton, NJ and Garfield, NJ before moving to North Haledon 42 years ago. She retired from St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital as a Registered Nurse in 1995.Mrs. Regoli was a Parishioner of St. Paul's R.C. Church and an Associate Parishioner of Our Lady of Victories R.C. Church St. Jude Shrine, Paterson, NJ where she served on the Health Ministry Team as a Parish Nurse. She was an alumnus of Paterson General Hospital School of Nursing. She is survived by her husband: Warren Regoli, her daughter: Linda Rose Ezekwem and her husband Kenneth of Haledon, NJ, her son: Warren Regoli, Jr. of North Haledon, NJ, her sister: Patricia Kleinow of Clifton, NJ, a niece; Kathrine Lebron and several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews. She is also survived by her in-laws in Nigeria, all her friends at Our Lady of Victories Gospel Choir and a special friend Vivian Tarry a.k.a. as Lena Horn and the staff at the Paterson Community Health CenterVisiting hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. The funeral will be Wednesday at 10 am at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated.Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Paterson.Memorials may be made to American Red Cross of Metropolitan New Jersey, 209 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, NJ 07004
