Obituary of Vincent L. Coiro

Vincent L."Chico" Coiro, age 77, of Paterson died Monday, November 9, 2009.Mr. Coiro was born October 3, 1932 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Michael and the late Antoinette (Pombo) Coiro. He owned the Wayne Bar for 20 years and retired in 2000. He was a parishioner of St. Mary's R.C. Church and a member of Operating Engineers Local No. 825, Springfield, NJ. He served in the United States Army. He is survived by three sons: Vincent Coiro, Jr. and his wife Josephine of Lincoln Park, NJ, Philip Coiro of Paterson, NJ, Anthony Coiro of Paterson, NJ, his daughter Ann Marie Morales of Paterson, NJ, a brother; Michael A. Coiro of Jacobstown, NJ, his sisters-in- law; Josephine Coiro and Diane Carroll , his grandchildren; Vincent "Monk" , Dominique, Christopher and Katelynn and his great grandchildren; Juell and Jerimiah. He was predeceased by his son, Michael Coiro and a brother, Tony Coiro. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. The funeral will be Friday at 9:30 at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Paterson.Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ.Memorial gifts to St. Mary Help of Christians R.C.
