Obituary of Antonina Turdo Volpe

Antonina Volpe (nee Turdo) 94 of Paterson, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 26, 2018.  She was born in Santo Stefano di Camastra, Prov. de Messina, Sicily, Italy and came to the United States in 1973 and settled in Paterson, NJ. 

She was a homemaker and a former parishioner of Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church in Paterson. 

Beloved wife of the late Alberto Volpe. Devoted mother of Michele Volpe of Wayne, NJ and Salvatore Volpe and his wife Tina of Fair Lawn, NJ.  Loving grandmother of Alberto Volpe, Annamaria Volpe, Anotonella Volpe Shami and her husband Richard, Christina Volpe and Michael Volpe and his wifr Jenny.  Cherished great grandmother of Adrianna Volpe and Giuliana Shami.  Dear sister of Gaetano Turdo and the late Maria Licciardi and Michaelangelo Turdo. 

Funeral from DeLuccia-Lozito funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ on Monday at 9:30 AM.  Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church, 1 Passaic Street, Ridgewood, NJ at 10:30 AM.  Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ.  Visiting on Sunday from 7-9 PM.
