Obituary of Roberto Rubino

Roberto Rubino, 86 of Franklin Lakes, NJ passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.  He was born in Pacentro, Province of L'Aquila, Italy and came to the United Sates in 1966 and settled in Paterson, NJ.  He moved to Franklin Lakes in 2011.

He loved to go on long walks in his neighborhood with the family dog Riley and also took walks in  Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.  He loved to garden and would share his crops with many friends and neighbors.  He definetly touched the lives of many people he came in contact with. 

He was a textile worker and worked in the texttile industry for over 20 years before retiring on 1994.  His last place of employment was Apollo Print in Paterson.  He was a former parishioner of St. Mary's R.C. Church in Paterson, NJ. 

Beloved husband of the late Maria Rubino (nee Tarantino).  Devoted father of Roberto D. Rubino and his wife Janine of Franklin Lakes.  Loving grandfather of Alessandra and Giancarlo Rubino. Dear brother of Bruno Rubino and his wife Franca and the late Elisa Rubino Di Salle, Maria Agostinelli, Gaetano, Antonio, Vincenzo and Crescenzo Rubino. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, Domenica and Emilia Rubino and many nieces and nephews.
