Obituary of Otilia Contreras

Otilia Contreras, age 84, of Haledon died Sunday, July 4, 2010 at Regency Gardens Nursing Home of Wayne, NJ. Otilia was born November 12, 1925 in Lima, Peru. She is the daughter of the late Narcisco and the late Hermelinda (Salzedo) Espinoza. She came to the United States in 1985 and settled in Paterson, NJ before moving to Haledon. She was a homemaker. Otilia Contreras was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, Paterson, NJ. She is survived by two daughters: Astrid Gutierrez and Juana Delgadoand five sons: Manuel Contreras, Erasmo Contreras, Edgar Contreras, Luis Contreras and Ceasar Contreras. She is also survived sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Thursday, July 8 at Our Lady Of Lourdes R.C. Church, , Paterson, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visting hours will be Wednesday, July 7 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ.
