Obituary of Betty Purcell

Betty Purcell, age 70, of Hawthorne, NJ died Sunday, January 9, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital And Medical Center of Paterson, NJ. Betty was born October 29, 1940. She is the daughter of the late Lionel and the late Ethel (Anglebeck) Gunther. She was a homemaker. She was a member of His Word Ministries, Wanaque, NJ. She was predeceased by her husband George Purcell, Jr. She is survived by two daughters: Janet Purcell of Wanaque, NJ, Lori Purcell of Wayne, NJ and one son: George Purcell, III of Hawthorne, NJ, a sister: Jane Fleming of Tampa, FL , and a granddaughter; Carley Chavez. The funeral will be held 10:30 am on Friday, January 14 at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Burial will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. Visiting hours will be Thursday, January 13 from 4 - 8 PM. .
