Obituary of Silvana Anfibio

Silvana Anfibio, age 53, of Woodland Park died Friday, January 28, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital And Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. Silvana was born April 4, 1957 in Marina Di Ragusa, Sicily, Italy. She is the daughter of Giuseppe and Anna (Ricci) Emmolo. She came to the United States in 1989 and settled in Paterson before moving to Woodland Park in 1996. She was employed by Holy Family Residence in Woodland Park as a cook. She was a parishioner of Our Lady Of Pompeii R,C, Church, Paterson, NJ. She is survived by her husband: Rosario Anfibio three sons: John Peter Anfibio of Pompton Lakes, NJ, Giussepe Anfibio of Woodland Park, NJ and Danilo Anfibio of Woodland Park, NJ; her father Giuseppe and mother Anna (Ricci) Emmolo; her sisters: Lucia Occhipinti, Mimma Riccobono, Elia Gravino, Aurura San Giorgio and Luisa Giliberto and two brothers: Tommoso Emmolo and Giuseppe Emmolo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Wednesday, February 2 at Our Lady Of Pompeii R.C. Church, , Paterson, NJ. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Monday, January 31 from 7-9 PM and Tuesday, February 1 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ.
