Josephine "Dolly" Dudek, age 87, of Wayne died Friday, December 16, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital And Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. Josephine was born February 4, 1924 in Paterson, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Alphonso and the late Teresa (Priorie) DeLuccia.
She was employed by Hackensack University Medical Center, Hackensack, NJ as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She was a former parishioner of St. Gerard R.C. Church in Paterson and Prince of Peace Chapel in Haledon, NJ.
She is survived by her son: Joseph Dudek and his wife Helen of Little Falls, NJ her two grandchildren; Theresa and Christopher Dudek. She is also survived by her niece Diane Boscarino and her nephew Joseph DiGiacomo.
She was predeceased by her brother, Vincent DeLuccia, and her sisters: Beatrice Di Giacomo, Gloria DeLuccia, Antoinette DeLuccia, Irene Conte and Jennie Daloisio.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Tuesday, December 20 at St. Gerard's R.C. Church, , Paterson, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ.
Visiting hours will be Monday, December 19 from 5-9 PM.
