Obituary of Angela "Angie" Funicelli

Angela "Angie" Funicelli, age 89, of Paterson, NJ died Monday, January 23, 2012 at Jersey Shore University Hospital in Neptune, NJ. Angela was born July 21, 1922 in Paterson, NJ. She is the daughter of the late James and the late Rose (Tolomeo) Funicelli. Before retiring she was employed by Poughkeepsie Finishing, Paterson, NJ as a Clerk. She was a member of the Columbiettes, former parishioner of Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church, Paterson and also a member of the Blessed Sacrament Senior Club. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Funicelli and her sister, Catherine Cosenza. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 am on Friday, January 27 at Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church, , Paterson, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Visiting hours will be Thursday, January 26 from 2-5 pm at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
