Boris Sowetow, age 83, of Newton died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at home. Boris was born July 6, 1929 in Restov-ou-don, Russia. He is the son of the late Wassily and the late Sinaida (Bondarevski) Sowetow.
He was employed by Picatinny Arsenal as a Chemical Engineer.
He was a member of St. Michael's R.O. Cathedral, Paterson, NJ.
He is survived by his wife: Lydia (Spiridonova) Sowetow .
The funeral will be held 9:00 am on Wednesday, July 18 at St. Michael's R.O. Cathedral, 52 Sherman Avenue , Paterson, NJ. A prayer service (Panichida) will be held 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at St. Michael's R.O. Cathedral,52 Sherman Avenue , Paterson, NJ. Burial will be in St. Vladimir's Cemetery, Jackson, NJ.
