Obituary of Frank A. Migliaccio

Frank A. Migliaccio, age 75, of Wayne died Sunday, January 22, 2017 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital in Wayne, NJ. Frank was born November 12, 1941 in Paterson, NJ. He is the son of the late Frank A. and the late Rose (Pignatelli) Migliaccio. He has lived in Wayne since 1965. Frank was a Supervisor for Passaic County Board of Social Services for 42 years and retired in 2003. He was Chairman of the Board of the North Jersey Federal Credit Union in Totowa, NJ and also served on its Executive Committee. He was a Mediator for the Passaic County Landlord/Tenant Court and an Court Officer for Wage Execution. He also was a Social Worker at many nursing homes in North Jersey. He was a member of the New Jersey Football Officials Association - Northern Chapter since 1985 and served as its President and Secretary. He also was a member of the NJFOA State Council and served as its President. Frank officiated numerous state football playoff and championship games. He also officiated basketball, track and field, swimming and volleyball. He also coached for the Wayne Little League and was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church in Wayne. He is survived by his daughter, Charlene Migliaccio of Wayne, NJ, his nieces, Roseanne and Alyssa and his nephew, Edward. He was predeceased by his wife, Carolyn Migliaccio and his brother, Anthony Migliaccio. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, January 26 at Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, NJ with Father Michael Lombardo officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, January 25 from 4-8 PM. .
