Gianfelice Castronuovo 48 of Totowa, NJ lost his battle with lung cancer and passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, September 21, 2012. He was born in Sala Consilina, Salerno, Italy and came to the United States in 1969 and settled in Paterson, NJ.
He worked at Craft Textile in Paterson for 10 years.
Beloved husband of the late Carmelina Castronuovo (1993) (nee Costa). He is survived by his beloved Anna Marie. Devoted father of Antonio Felice Castronuovo and John Anthony Cardona. Loving son of Elvira Castronuovo of Little Falls, NJ and the late Antonio. Dear brother of Michael Castronuovo and his wife Christina of Parsippany, NJ, Maria Cristofano and her husband Antonio of Totowa, Anna Tsimpedes and her husband Nestor of Punta Gorda, FL and Gemma Marra and her husband Giuseppe of Totowa. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral from DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ on Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Liturgy at St. Gerard's R.C. Church at 10 AM. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting on Sunday from 4-8 PM.
