Obituary of Theodore Cordero, Jr.

Theodore Cordero, Jr., age 49, of Haledon went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 23, 2008. Mr. Cordero, Jr. was born August 29, 1958 at Paterson, NJ the son of the late Teodoro and Juana (Ortiz) Cordero. He was the owner of Cordero Hardware, in Paterson, NJ for the past 16 years and worked there since the age of 14. Mr. Cordero, Jr. was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Paterson, NJ, Baseball Coach of the P.E.A. Patriots of the Paterson Old Timers Midget Baseball League and the Paterson Chamber of Commerce. He is survived by his wife: Olga (Ortiz) Cordero. one daughter: Bianca E. Cordero and one son: Theodore J. Cordero; his mother; Juana (Ortiz) Cordero, his sisters; Gladys Cordero of Paterson, NJ, Nilda Navarro of Paterson, NJ and Nydia Torres of Paterson, NJ. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and nine grand nieces & grand nephews. Visiting hours will be Saturday from 7-9 PM and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. The funeral will be Monday at 9:30 at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Paterson. Please meet at the church. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
