I met Danny at the Atrium where he was a resident along with my mom. The minute I met Danny I loved him. I always enjoyed visiting him and spending some time listening to his stories of the past. He was always as sharp as a tack! I will definately miss him. Rest in peace my friend!
Our prayers and deepest sympathies are with our friends, Frank & April, their children, grandchildren - and the rest of Danny's family - at this time.
Danny was a neighbor of my mother's for a few years which gave us occassion to get to know him. He was always kind and helpful to my mom and to us. We pray for his eternal peace and joy.
I remember growing up on Buffalo Avenue in Paterson NJ and having Danny and Josie next door as neighbors . They were the most admired and respected couple by all. I would love when Danny would send a dish of fresh pasta and his famous sauce over for us to taste. He made the best Easter Pie (pizza rustica) that no one could duplicate!

Poppa, I know how it made you smile when as a little girl I sang and danced to "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" and I have been singing it for you and Nana for days now, I hope you are dancing together, smiling. I was your mother's good friend.I was sorry to hear about your father and grandfather's passing. I had met him when he came to your home in Hershey to visit.I remember that he was a great cook and a man that really enjoyed life.

Danny was always very special to us and we loved him dearly. His gnocchi dinners were the talk of my family for years. He was our special "Santa Claus".
