Rose:
You were one beautiful woman to know and work with. You were indeed courageous, proud, a fighter, and more importantly, a woman who loved her family and especially her grandchildren. Before I retired we always discussed the love that I would soon feel for my soon to be born first grandson. You were so right, Rose, and I am so glad that I sent pictures of baby Michael to you at Thansgiving. I respected you, and while I was working I know that I could always come to you for support. Thanks for being there for me. Nancy and I will miss you!

To Jay, Joe, Tammy and the whole Delvecchio Family,
I do not even where to start... Aunt Rose was such a wonderful Aunt and friend to me and my family. She had a heart of gold and was so thoughtful to all she loved especially her family! She was there for me for all of the important milestones of my life and I will forever cherish those memories. She was the most wonderful grandmother who devoted all of her time to her precious girls. She also was so wonderful to my Son and always included him on all of the fun stuff she always planned for her girls and Christopher will forever cherish those memories. I am so grateful that he got to spend so much time with her and got to see how wonderful of an Aunt/person she was. My heart hurt with sadness because It is going to be hard not seeing her anymore. But Iam so fond of all of the memories and the great times we all shared. She was a strong woman who unselfishly gave of herself to her children and her grandchildren, I always looked up to her and admired her for that. I will miss her coming thru the door at Jay and Tammys home with a bag of goodys for the girls as she so often brought over everytime she came. But I will keep her memory alive by always talking about her and telling the girls funny stories and happy memories. I love you Aunt Rose...Rest in Peace..you will be forever missed xoxoxoxox I love you and thank you for being the best Aunt to me!!!!
Love, Lori, Mario, Chrissy and Bianca

The ability to feel sympathy for each other is one of the most beautiful traits that we possess as humans. The human condition is one of fundamental aloneness. When we reach out and share our sympathies with another human being in pain, we are offering a great kindness to the individual in pain. He knows that he is fundamentally alone but at least he knows that others care and are trying to understand.
